make the dumpling by myself

Dumpling,a kind of traditional Chinese food, is deeply loved by Chinese people. In many important occasions like Spring Festival and wedding, dumplings are essential.
During this days in Finland, I always want to eat dumplings. Today we plan to make dumplings by ourselves. This is the first time I make dumplings.
We put the flour and water together, knead it into dough. Then cover the dough with a dry towel, and leave it alone for about an hour. After an hour, we can cut the big dough into small doughs, and then rub it into a round bar. The diameter of the bar should be about 3 centimeters. Then we cut the bar to make it smaller. We use a stick rolling around the small dough to make the dumping wrapper. Then put the stuffing into the wrapping, pinch into a crescent shaped. The dumpling is done.
We can boil the cold water now, and put the dumplings into the hot water. Because we choose meat as stuffing, we have to add a little cold water in the boiling water two or three times to make it ripe. Also, we have to use a spoon to stir the pot to prevent the dumplings stick to others.

No matter it is a carrot or a Chinese cabbage, it can be carved to various shapes to make the  color, smell, taste and shape harmony and unity.
